CUSTOM PRINTING:

Q : Can you print a custom color/size/style with your design on it?

A : Due to the nature of screen-printing, the fact that many of our designs are multiple colors and labor intensive we do not customize our designs. However we do re-print designs in different colors frequently so feel free to check on back. And if you have a suggestion for a future print/re-print please let us know, we love feedback!

Q : I saw a shirt/print with a color I really liked a while back and now it looks like you are doing different colors. Can I still get that other one?

A : We make all our tees in open or limited editions. When we switch colors we very rarely go back to printing colors we have used in the past. This makes our designs more limited editions and unique! So if you see a colorway or style you like be sure to snatch it up while you can! And of course check back for more colorways in the future ;)

Q: I have a team/business/farm/band that I would like to get a bunch of shirts printed for. Do you custom print??

A : We do custom print for local folks! However screen printing is a labor intensive process so we have a minimum of 24 pieces per design. If you meet that minimum and would like a free quote and more information please send us an email at newduds@gmail.com. We would love to work with you! 

Q :  I need some custom tees printed and dont want to go with one of those big online places but live across the country from you. What are my options?

A : We do sometimes work with folks out of state for custom orders. Feel free to send us an email. However it is always easier to communicate when you can talk face to face so I would advise you to check your local area. There are multiple screen printers in every town that can help you out and work with you. Call around and find someone you are comfortable with and I am sure you will get what you need done!

SHIPPING:

Q : How long does it take for me to get my order?

A : All our products are in stock and ready to ship unless stated otherwise in the description.  We ship within 2-3 business days from placement of the order. Most often we ship USPS first class. Within the US you should expect your order anywhere from 2-10 days from placement. This depends on where you live in relation to us here in Vermont! For quicker shipment options please send us an email at newduds@gmail.com

Q : Do you include printed receipts with my order?

A : We do not include a printed receipt with your order, we like to save paper when we can in this digital world ;) Also if the order is a gift you wont be giving anything away! You can print out your paypal receipt for your records if you wish.

Q : Can you send a shirt to a friend/family member for a birthday/holiday/gift?

A : Sure can! Please send us an email or leave a paypal note as to where you would like the gift shipped and if you would like us to include a note from us.

Q : What about International shipping and customs?

A : We love shipping internationally! Here is our policy on customs:

All customs forms are marked as "Merchandise" and specified with the actual retail value displayed. Any and all duties, customs fees and applicable taxes that may be incurred are the responsibility of the customer.

Most packages shipped outside of the US will arrive in 6-14 business days. However, if a package is held up in customs, it may take up to 8 weeks to be delivered. If the delivery of your package is delayed beyond the 6-14 business days, please call your local Post Office and local Customs office to inquire about the status of your non-delivered package.

Q : AHHHH I can never tell what size I need when shopping online and this totally doesnt fit! How do I return/exchange?

A : We understand! Sometimes you just have to try it on to see if its right for you. If you would like to return/exchange an unwashed/unworn New Duds item here is how we work it. If you ship it on back to us we will ship you the exchange. Please include a note in the return with what size you would like. Also if you would just like to return the item, we will refund your money minus shipping once it gets back to us here. Its always good to send us a email to let us know if you plan on returning/exchanging at newduds@gmail.com.
